This role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and supporting advanced manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, design, and improve production processes and manufacturing workflowsImplement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, cost, and cycle timeCreate and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and flowchartsConduct time studies, line balancing, and process optimizationCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to integrate new methodsIdentify bottlenecks and develop corrective actionsSupport introduction of new tools, equipment, and technologiesEnsure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulationsAssist with facility layout, workstation design, and production line planningPerform root cause analysis for quality or efficiency issuesTrain production staff on new processes and proceduresTrack KPIs related to productivity, cost reduction, and qualityRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in a manufacturing or production engineering roleStrong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologiesExperience with process mapping, time studies, and workflow optimizationProficiency with CAD software and ERP systemsStrong analytical and problem?solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAerospace manufacturing experience requiredPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in a related fieldCertifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvementExperience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologiesWorking ConditionsFull?time, on?site roleOccasional travel to vendors or production sitesRequires PPE in certain areasMay involve standing/walking for extended periodsCompensation & BenefitsSalary open based on experiencePaid time offMedical, dental, life insuranceFSA options401(k) with company matchCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $120,000.00Job SummaryJob number: 575440Profession: Other
